Healthy Travel

Some tips for traveling as healthy as possible:
1. Bring a water bottle with you. This way you can stay hydrated on your way to the airport, simply dump the water before you go through security, then refill at the water fountain after you get through security. Easy, always water on hand!
2. Pack healthy snacks in your carry on like almonds, an apple, granola bars and protein powder (easily mixed with your water!).
3. If you’re travelling by car, bring a cooler with you packed with lots of fresh, healthy options.
4. At your hotel, empty the bar fridge and stock it with fresh fruit, baby carrots, hummus, and even hard boiled eggs which can now be purchased already boiled and peeled for you. Then you have quick easy snacks close by and can even have breakfast in your room!
5. Sleep is also important for good health. Be sure to bring a neck pillow, eye mask and ear plugs so that you can catch some rest wherever possible.
